How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 3-10 weeks in advance. Busy seasons (spring, summer, and holidays) fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is paid. It will be added to the principle.
When is the remaining balance due?
All final payments are due 48 hours before your event.
Services & Design
What services do you offer?
Event décor, balloon styling, backdrops, props, themed setups, hotel surprises, custom design work and full service event styling.
Do you offer custom themes or colors?
Yes. Every event is customized to your vision. You can share inspiration photos through the form or by email.
Can you recreate an exact photo I found online?
I use inspiration photos to understand your style, but every setup is uniquely designed for your event.
Balloons & Outdoor Setups
How long do balloons last?
Indoor balloons can last several days. Outdoor balloons are affected by heat, cold, wind, and rough surfaces.
Do you guarantee outdoor balloon setups?
Outdoor décor is always at the client’s own risk. Weather can affect balloon longevity, color, and stability.
What if balloons pop after setup?
Once setup is complete, I am not responsible for popped or damaged balloons.
Rentals & Equipment
Do you rent backdrops and props?
Yes. Backdrops, stands, and props are available for rent with décor services.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rental items.
Setup & Delivery
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. All décor includes delivery and setup unless otherwise stated.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take 45–90 minutes depending on the design.
Do I need to be present during setup?
Not required, but the venue must be accessible at the scheduled time.
Photos & Social Media
Will my event photos be shared online?
Décor photos may be used for marketing unless you request privacy in writing. Faces are never shown without permission.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and electronic payments. No card payments.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes. One reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability.
